affordable options
There is a government scheme for first time buyers of new homes worth up to €20,000. This takes the form of a tax rebate of an amount equal to income tax paid over the previous four tax years. The maximum tax rebate available is 5% of the purchase price of a new home up to a maximum value €400,000. The rebate is provided at the deposit stage when you are signing contracts. A condition of the scheme is that it the purchasers must be getting a minimum 70% mortgage.

That’s why Gannon Homes actively engage with the Community all year round, from our involvement in Family Fun Days and cultural events to our support for local organisations such as Praxicare, St Michaels House and Team Hope to seasonal planting to encourage biodiversity. Gannon Homes has provided two Community Centre facilities to Dublin City Council.
